A new ESGE & BSGE guideline on Hysteroscopic Fluid Management is published in the journal of Gynecological Surgery. The guideline provides clinicians with up-to-date, evidence-based information regarding management of distension media in operative hysteroscopy, with particular reference to prevention and management of complications that may arise from fluid overload.
